As a mum to two young children I have started my publishing journey and created Be Brave, Be You Journals that are aimed at primary aged children. They are a tool for children to reflect on what they enjoy and love as well as challenges they face which is critical in early career development. The journal encourages kids to take on activities that build their confidence and experiences. There are 13 project ideas included in addition to weekly reflection pages with prompts to cultivate a growth mindset, self-acceptance and gratitude.
