Welcome to BU Careers! These terms and conditions outline the rules and regulations for the use of B U Careers Academy programs.

By accessing B U Careers Academy website and offerings we assume you accept these terms and conditions.

PROGRAM TERMS AND CONDITIONS

Where 'Program' has been used, it refers to any or all of the programs created by B U Career Consulting through the B U Careers Academy platform including Next Step Navigator and Next Step Navigator Immerse.

1. Intellectual Property and Copyright

1.1 All material including but not limited to videos, call recordings, resource downloads, and templates available in B U Career Consulting programs and within any program created by Nadia Burgess are the property of Nadia Burgess and B U Career Consulting and their affiliates or licensors. They are protected by copyright, trademark, and other intellectual property laws.

1.2 All material including but not limited to videos, call recordings, resource downloads, and templates available in the Program and within any program created by B U Career Consulting and Nadia Burgess is provided solely for your personal non-commercial use.

1.3 You may not use any of the materials available in the Program or any teaching platform or in a manner that infringes any of our rights, or that has not been expressly authorised by us.

1.4 You may not modify, copy, reproduce, republish, upload, post, transmit, translate, sell, create derivative works, exploit, or distribute in any manner or medium (including by email or other electronic means) any material the Program or related programs without the express permission of Nadia Burgess. You may request such permission by emailing hello@bucareers.academy.

1.5 Any Confidential Information shared by Nadia Burgess and B U Career Consulting is confidential and proprietary, and belongs solely and exclusively to B U Career Consulting.

1.6 Where a School license has been purchased, the program resources are to be accessed by the Year level cohort specified at purchase. Unless otherwise agreed in writing by Nadia Burgess.

2.1 All content, resources and coaching are provided for personal use and information only. Nadia Burgess does not offer any representations, warranties, or guarantees, verbally or in writing, regarding your results from the Programs.

2.2 Nadia Burgess is not a qualified medical professional or psychologist. The information provided in the programs is not intended to, cannot, and should not be expected to be a substitute for advice and treatment from a qualified medical practitioner.

3. Next Step Navigator Payment and Refund Policy:

   3.1 All refunds are made at the discretion of B U Career Consulting. If you believe you are unable to participate in the program please email hello@bucareers.academy with a valid reason for your refund request. No refunds will be given once live calls have begun.
